Product Condition
• All devices sold under this Clearance Campaign are categorised as Fair Condition.
• These units may have visible signs of wear, such as scratches, dents, or discolouration.
• These are cosmetic in nature and do not affect the functionality of the device.
• Certain devices may come with subtle engravings.
Final Sale
• All purchases made during this campaign are final.
• No refunds or exchanges will be provided for cosmetic-related issues.
7-Day System Warranty
• A limited 7-day warranty is provided for the following system-related issues:
• Device not powering on
• Major software malfunction
• Hardware failure (e.g. camera, speaker, touchscreen) not caused by user mishandling
• Eligible items may be exchanged for the same model (subject to availability) or for a model of similar value.
• Exchange Requests
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt
• Devices will undergo a diagnostic check before any exchange is approved
Exclusions from Warranty
• The following are not covered under the 7-day warranty:
• Cosmetic defects (scratches, dents, colour fading, engraving)
• User-inflicted damage (e.g: cracked screen, water damage)
• Issues reported after the 7-day warranty period
