Product Condition
All devices under the “As Is – Big Drop Best Price” campaign are in As Is Condition.
You may notice signs of wear like small scratches, dents, or discoloration — these are purely cosmetic and don’t affect performance.
Some units may also include light engravings, but every device has been tested to ensure it works perfectly.
Final Sale
All purchases are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for cosmetic-related concerns.

7-Day System Warranty
We’ve got you covered for system-related issues within 7 days of receiving your device, including:
- Device not powering on
- Major software errors
- Hardware failure (e.g. camera, speaker, touchscreen) not caused by user mishandling
Extended warranty does not apply.
Exchange Policy:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Devices will be checked and verified before any exchange.
- Eligible items will be replaced with the same model (subject to stock) or one of similar value.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, colour fading, engravings)
- User-inflicted damage (e.g. cracked screen, water exposure)
- Issues reported after 7 days
