9.9 Express Delivery Campaign

- The 9.9 Express Delivery Campaign is valid for selected products purchased through the official e-commerce store during the campaign period only.
- Products marked with the "48-Hour Delivery" badge are eligible for this promotion.
- All products featured under the campaign are subject to stock availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Eligible orders will be prioritized for fulfillment and are targeted to be shipped within 2 working days upon the time the tracking number has been successfully issued to the customer.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond the Company's control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and fulfillment requirements.
- All devices purchased under this campaign are covered by a 12-month warranty, subject to the standard warranty terms and conditions.
- Prices displayed during the campaign are valid only while stocks last and may be changed without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, reject, or refund any order suspected of fraudulent activity, payment issues, or abuse of the promotion.
- Customers may be contacted after successful order fulfillment for feedback, reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, or other content relating to their purchase experience.
- By submitting a review, testimonial, photograph, or video, customers grant the Company the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content across its website, social media channels, marketing materials, and other promotional platforms without additional compensation.
