ReNewNGo Free Gift - Terms & Conditions

 

Promotion Period:

  • This promotion is valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.
  • CompAsia reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility:

  • This promotion is open to Malaysian residents aged between 21 and 65 years old with a valid IC.
  • Customers must submit an application through the CompAsia ReNewNGo program page during the promotion period.
  • Free gift eligibility:
    • Free iPad or Apple Watch – with minimum monthly instalment of RM131 on iPhones
    • Free Galaxy Watch – available with Samsung S24 Ultra & S25 Ultra subscription 
  • All applications are subject to credit assessment, verification, and final approval under the ReNewNGo program.
  • Customers must successfully complete all required steps, including application approval, identity verification (eKYC), and order collection where applicable.

Promotional Reward:

  • Eligible customers will receive one (1) complimentary gift as part of this promotion.
  • The free gift model, colour, and specifications are randomly assigned (no selection allowed).
  • The complimentary iPad is expected to be dispatched starting from 1 August 2026.
  • Delivery of the promotional gift may take up to 30 working days from the expected dispatch date.
  • CompAsia shall not be held responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, stock availability, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
  • The iPad will be delivered to the customer’s registered address provided during the application process.
  • Orders that are cancelled, rejected, returned, or fail to complete verification requirements will not be eligible for the promotional gift.

Redemption & Usage Conditions:

  • The gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • CompAsia may replace the gift with a similar item if unavailable.

General Terms:

  • Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • CompAsia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and reject applications that do not meet the stated requirements.
  • CompAsia’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and binding, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
