The complimentary 30-day warranty is automatically activated once you register using the form above. The coverage begins from the date of purchase.

Is there a deadline for warranty activation after purchase?

Yes, please register within 14 days upon receiving your parcel.

I have purchased 12 months warranty in Shopee, do I still need to activate my warranty by submitting this form?

Yes, you will receive an extra 1-month coverage (12 + 1 months) upon activation.

I purchased multiple devices in a single order. Do I need to submit the warranty registration form separately for each device?

No, you may submit the form once only.

How do I check my remaining warranty period?

To check on your remaining warranty period, please provide us with the following information below:

* Contact Number

* Purchase Date

* Order Number

* IMEI Number

What happens if I remove the warranty sticker from the device?

Please do not remove the warranty sticker as the warranty will be completely voided once the warranty sticker is removed.
